Susanne Klug

Susanne Klug has over a decade of experience in health and safety management across various industries. Currently serving as Health & Safety Manager in Cement Industrial Performance at LafargeHolcim since July 2016, Susanne supports cement plants in maintaining safe, cost-effective, and sustainable production practices. Prior to this role, Susanne held the position of Head of Health, Safety and Security of BA Heat at Vattenfall GmbH from July 2014 to June 2016 and was responsible for overseeing safety across multiple operational power plants. Susanne also served as Head of Health, Safety and Security for the Business Unit Projects at Vattenfall GmbH from July 2014 to June 2015, advising teams on achieving ambitious safety targets. Earlier experience includes self-employment as a consultant from June 2009 to June 2014 and a lengthy tenure at GfBU as an employed consultant from April 1993 to April 2009.
