Barb became Director of Human Resources in March of 2002 when she transferred to the Corporate Office after thirteen years in the human resource department of a subsidiary of Holden’s predecessor.
Barb has a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management from which she received the Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification.
Current role
