Kelli Fountain

Kelli Fountain, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelli currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, where they have been employed since October 2021. Prior to this role, Kelli served as the Senior Leader of Talent Acquisition at the same company from 2019 to December 2021. Kelli'scareer started at Gateway in 1996, where they served as an Associate HR Manager. In this role, they worked closely with the manufacturing management team in various HR areas, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Kelli also facilitated performance management, legal updates, and diversity training for all levels of management and employees.
