Josh Horner

Josh Horner has a diverse and extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Josh is currently serving as the Director of Next Generation Mobile Welding at Holland LP, where they lead the development of next-generation products and services. Prior to this, they worked at Power Solutions International as a Product Manager, responsible for leading electrification projects and industrial engine development. Josh also held the position of Chief Engineer at the same company, overseeing on-highway and industrial engine platforms. Before joining Power Solutions International, Josh worked at Navistar Inc as a Technical Specialist, Design Team Lead, and Senior Engineer, where they played key roles in engineering budgeting, engine design, and launch teams. Additionally, they have experience as a Design Consultant at Horner Design, Inc, Designer at Alps Automotive, and Application Engineer at SDRC. Josh's expertise includes automotive component design, CAD methods, and FEA training.

Josh Horner attended Valparaiso University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
