Sofie Pellegatti has a diverse work experience in various industries including insurance, finance, medical devices, and technology. Sofie is currently the Head of Culture and Employee Experience at Hollard Insurance Australia. Previously, they held roles at Macquarie Group, QBE Insurance, Cochlear, and ResMed. At Macquarie Group, they served as the Global Head of CI & Innovation, Risk Management Group, as well as the Global Continuous Improvement and Innovation Lead, and Senior Manager, Change and Innovation. At QBE Insurance, they were a Change and Business Improvement Manager. At Cochlear, Sofie held multiple roles including Quality Systems, Change and Improvement Manager, Global Post Market Surveillance Manager, and Senior Quality Engineer. Sofie'searly career was at ResMed, where they held roles such as Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer (Quality), Customer Complaint Investigation Engineer, and Research and Technology Engineer. Throughout their career, Sofie demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and stakeholder management.

Sofie Pellegatti's education history includes attending the Enterprise Workshop in 2008 for Business Development. From 2002 to 2006, they studied at Sydney University and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical (Biomedical) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sydney. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) from Scrum Alliance, and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
