David Dorsey

Dave joined The Hollister Group in 2020 after a 17-year stint with a large privately held staffing firm out of NYC. He started his Technology Staffing career over 25 years ago and has worked in several different capacities within the business including as a Recruiter, Sales Representative, Sales Manager, and Vice President. One of the things that attracted Dave to Hollister is the open and accepting culture that exists at the company. He loves working in collaborative environments, which he has found here at Hollister.

Through his years in the business, there is one thing that Dave truly believes in and that is honest communication. His goal is to build trust by taking the time to listen to his clients, whether they be candidates or companies, and to make recommendations based on having real conversations. Many of Dave’s clients have become personal friends over the years and he has very much enjoyed building and maintaining those friendships.
