Caroline Cowles

Caroline Cowles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and program development within the medical device and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Supply Chain PMO at Hologic, Inc., Caroline previously held roles including Senior Operations Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, overseeing significant programs in the Breast and Skeletal Health division. Caroline also has experience as a Program Manager at O2 Concepts, directing quality and regulatory assurance, and as Owner/President of Orchard Drive Consulting LLC, where Caroline supported small businesses in product development. Previous roles at Stryker and Covidien involved product management and marketing in medical technology. Caroline holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
