Ashish Bhatnagar

Ashish Bhatnagar is currently the VP of Revenue Operations at Hologram. Prior to this, they were the Head of Revenue Operations and Strategy at Ethos Life from January 2021 to December 2022. Consulting with startups to build out and scale go-to-market processes and infrastructure. From January 2019 to December 2021, they were the Principal at Uptickit, consulting with startups to build out and scale go-to-market processes and infrastructure. From January 2016 to December 2019, Ashish was the Sr. Director Revenue Operations and Strategy at Affirm. Ashish built out and led the Revenue Operations team to support the full sales funnel including Lead Gen, BDRs, AEs, Business Development, Partner Engineering, Integrations, Account Managers, and Self Service. Ashish also oversaw sales planning and GTM strategy, sales compensation, forecasting, CRM management, and scoping, implementing, and optimizing processes and workflows for the Revenue team. Ashish reported to the CRO. Prior to Affirm, they were the Sr. Director of Global Sales Operations and Strategy at Eventbrite from January 2011 to December 2016. Ashish was also an Advisor at Greetings from January 2010 to December 2015.

Bhatnagar attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Ashish then went on to attend the University of California, Los Angeles.
