As Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Dr. Madia is responsible for strategically guiding the institution's branding, marketing, and communications initiatives to advance the University's priorities. She manages the department's core strategic functions of branding, marketing, media and public relations, as well as print and digital communications.
Dr. Madia has spent the past two decades serving in administrative roles at the university level in addition to remaining active in teaching. She received the Stanley J. Gwiazda Professorship Award for Excellence in the Classroom, Commitment to Service, and to Adult Learners along with the Samuel J. Mercer Jr. Award for Distinguished Instruction from Drexel University. Prior to arriving at Holy Family University, she served as Associate Vice President, Marketing and Communications at New Jersey City University, where she led successful marketing efforts and oversaw the creation of the University's website redevelopment. She has also held leadership roles in communications and marketing at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, including Temple University Athletics where she helped to launch and promote the now iconic Temple University Owls branding campaign.
