Alpha Omega Aquino

Alpha Omega Aquino, SHRM - SCP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Head of Talent Acquisition at Home Credit Philippines since April 2019. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Alpha has previously held positions such as Managing Director at Teleperformance, Director of Affinity Business at Cigna, and Executive Director at Teletech. Alpha's career also includes significant contributions at Teleperformance Indonesia and Singapore, as well as early roles at StarHub and Bayan Telecommunications. Alpha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas, earned between 1989 and 1993.
