Samantha Stroud has a diverse range of experience in various administrative roles. Samantha started their career in 2000 as a Business Office Manager at Advantage Home Care & Hospice, where they worked for 10 years. Samantha then moved on to McConnell Air Force Base in 2010, where they served as a Patient Appointment Clerk/Medical Records employee for 3 years. In 2013, Samantha joined Rivercross Hospice LLC as an Administrative Assistant. Samantha worked there for 2 years before joining Home Health of Kansas in 2016 as an HR Director/Business Office Manager.

Samantha Stroud attended Butler Community College in 2018, where they studied SHRM CP Preparation. However, they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they attended Heritage College-Wichita, where they received a degree in Massage Therapy and specialized in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. In addition to their education, Samantha also obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2020.
