Haley Ellerman has held a variety of roles in their career, beginning with Senior Office Administrator at Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2008. In 2011, they joined AmeriCorps (Jumpstart) as a Corps Member, followed by Bar Manager at Gumbys Pizza in 2012. Haley then moved on to Frontend Manager at Cargo Largo in 2016, and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in 2017. In 2020, they became a Furniture Sales Lead at Big Lots Stores, and most recently, a Customer Success Lead and Live Chat Support Specialist at Homebase in 2021.

Haley Ellerman completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Grain Valley High School.
