Shannon Cesal

Shannon Cesal has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2013 with Huff Property Management Inc. as a Compliance Administrator and Property Manager. In 2016, they joined Security First Insurance as a Customer Service Representative, eventually becoming a Customer Care Team Lead, Customer Care Supervisor, and C.A.R.E. Supervisor. Most recently, in 2021, Shannon joined HOMEE, Inc. as an Intake Specialist Team Lead and Order Management Coordinator.

Shannon Cesal obtained a 6-20 License from Polk State College in 2018 in the field of Accredited Claims Adjuster. In 2017, they obtained a 4-40 License from AdjusterPro. In 2011, they obtained a Property Management Certification from Ashworth College in the field of Real Estate and attended Lakewood College from 2011-2012. Shannon also attended H B Plant High School.
