Bert De Roo

Head of Global Supply Sales at Homelike

Bert De Roo began their work experience in 2018 as an intern at FleetMaster Software, where they conducted market research on the car rental and leasing industry. Bert completed their internship and wrote a bachelor's thesis on the subject. In 2019, they joined Homelike as an intern, focusing on finding new supply for the platform in the Netherlands. Bert then progressed to roles such as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager for the Benelux region, Expansion Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Global Supply Sales at Homelike. In their current role, they are responsible for building B2B partnerships and improving product and technology development.

Bert De Roo has a diverse educational background. From 2018 to 2020, they attended HOGENT and earned a Bachelor's degree in Internationale bedrijfskunde (International Business Administration). Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they also studied at HOGENT and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business management. In 2017, Bert briefly attended Troy University, focusing on Business administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business management / Bedrijfsmanagement. Additionally, in 2014 and 2015, they studied Toegepaste Informatica (Applied Computer Science) at HOGENT.
