Brian Ruzycki

Brian Ruzycki has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Brian is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of IT Applications at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation from July 2018 to January 2021.

Brian has also held various leadership roles in their career. Brian was the SVP of Information Technology at Carrington Holding Company, LLC from April 2016 to March 2018, where they were responsible for application development, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, UI/UX, business intelligence, data integrations, ETL, Encompass development, DBAs, and Data Science.

Before that, Brian served as the Vice President (VP) of Software Development at Xome from August 2006 to April 2016. In this role, they oversaw development, engineering, QA, and implementation teams. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Developer at Stewart Title in 2005, where they built web solutions for real estate transaction management and implemented a document to PDF conversion process to optimize IT operations.

Brian's career began at VisionShape, Inc. in 1999, where they worked as a Software Developer. Brian developed desktop and web-based document imaging and scanning products, implemented a .NET soft-lock system for product registration and licensing, and built data entry add-ons for a scanning application, among other responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in IT applications, and experience in agile environments.

Brian Ruzycki graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General. In 2017, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership and obtained a Certificate in the Leadership Development Program. Brian also holds additional certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2018, and a Leadership Development Program certification from the Center for Creative Leadership, obtained in July 2017.
