Sean Austin has extensive experience in operations and customer service roles. Sean began their career at AOL, where they worked as a call center trainer and project manager before becoming a training manager. Sean then joined Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw performance management, employee engagement, client relationships, and metric attainment. Following this, they joined Agero, Inc. and held multiple positions, including Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Consumer Affairs, and Director of Operations. During their time at Agero, they implemented key programs, transformed operations, and improved employee performance. Sean also acted as a brand advocate for clients such as KIA, Toyota, Bentley, and Lamborghini. Most recently, Sean worked at SunPower Corporation as a Director of Customer Service, where they expanded the US Operations team, implemented automation processes to improve the customer experience, and managed top-tier escalations. Sean is currently the Director of Sales and Service at HomeServe USA.
Sean Austin attended the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a BS degree in Information Systems. In 2016, they also obtained a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from Valeocon Management Consulting.
