Director, Content Marketing at Homesnap

Cathy Wilson has worked in content marketing and digital strategy for over ten years. Cathy is currently the Director of Content Marketing at Homesnap, a real estate technology company. Prior to joining Homesnap, Cathy worked as a Senior Digital Strategist at Anne Lewis Strategies, LLC, where they managed the digital marketing programs of nonprofits and national Democratic political campaigns. While at Anne Lewis Strategies, Cathy developed and implemented strategies for online fundraising, communications, and advocacy campaigns across email, web, and social media. Cathy also led creative strategy and managed calendars for email and social media content across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Before their work in digital strategy, Cathy was a Team Lead for Editorial at LivingSocial, an online deals website. In this role, Cathy managed a team of editorial staff who were responsible for creating and curating content for the website. Prior to LivingSocial, Cathy worked as a Senior Proofreader at Tax Analysts, a tax research and analysis company. In this role, they were responsible for proofreading tax documents for errors and ensuring they met publication standards.

Cathy holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia.

Cathy Wilson has a B.S. in journalism from Ohio University, where they studied news writing and editing, environmental studies, and women's and gender studies. Cathy also has a High School Diploma from Mentor High School.
