Matt Kosor

Matt Kosor is an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in the mortgage industry, currently serving at Hometown Equity Mortgage LLC and Athas Capital Group since late 2022 and early 2022, respectively. Previously, Matt held the same title at Velocity Mortgage Capital from 2013 to 2020. Expertise includes initiating and developing relationships with mortgage brokers, analyzing and structuring investment loan scenarios, and managing a loan pipeline from origination to closing. Matt also provides niche loan products focusing on borrowers with investment properties and commercial assets. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University Channel Islands.
