Kelsey Watroba

Kelsey Watroba is a Customer Empowerment Specialist at HomeTown Ticketing, Inc. Kelsey previously worked with the Cleveland Indians for over five years in various roles such as Group Service Specialist and Fan Services Representative. Prior to that, Kelsey was a Sports Marketing Associate at Ohio University, where Kelsey focused on marketing plans for varsity sports and sales strategies for Ohio Basketball. Kelsey also volunteered in volleyball operations and basketball operations and ticketing at Ohio University. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Ohio University.
