Tracie Dominguez Pa-C

Tracie Dominguez PA-C is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in various medical roles. Currently serving as the Owner of HomeWell Care Services of Colorado Springs since May 2020, Tracie's prior positions include Staff Physician Assistant at Fountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Physician Assistant at DispatchHealth, where a focus was placed on providing mobile urgent care. Tracie held the role of Medical Director at Javier Villaneuva Troop Medical Clinic, overseeing comprehensive care for over 2,500 soldiers, and was recognized as Senior Brigade Physician Assistant at Farrelly Health Clinic, where innovative programs were developed for a 4,000-soldier brigade. Earlier experience includes serving as Physician Assistant at Robinson Family Medicine Clinic, managing primary care for more than 1,800 soldiers, and leading the Blood Donor Center at Tripler Army Medical Center. Tracie holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Immunology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
