Neil Donaghy

Neil Donaghy is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in management and field operations. Currently serving as Internal Operations Manager at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. since September 2019, Neil has held various managerial roles including Senior Branch Manager, Branch Manager, and Weatherization Manager. Prior to this, Neil worked at Pro Insulation where responsibilities included Installation Specialist of Aeroseal and Field Manager, and also held a Mason position at C & P Slevin. Earlier experience includes serving as Crew Chief at Next Step Living, focusing on effective project implementation, and as Store Facility Supervisor at Target, where management of vendor relationships and maintaining a positive store environment were prioritized. Neil holds a high school diploma from La Salle High School Belfast.
