Pia Fajardo is currently the Head of Product at Homie, having previously worked as a Lead Product Manager at PedidosYa and a Product Manager at Despegar and DIRECTV Latin America. Pia has experience in product management, retention strategy, and self-service channels. Pia has a background in administration and management, with a focus on profitability and customer value retention. Pia also participated in a Rotational Young Professional Program to further develop their skills in different areas of the company.
