Madelynne Long

Madelynne Long is a Level II Mechanical Engineer at Honeybee Robotics since August 2022, with significant experience in extreme environment robotics and mechanical engineering. Previously, Madelynne worked as an Extreme Environment Robotics Mechanical Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory during multiple tenures, including developing mechanical foundations for the Europa Lander and contributing to the Mars Sample Return project. Earlier experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Researcher at RoboMechanics Research Lab and a Mechanical Systems Engineering Intern at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, where Madelynne focused on robotics and simulation design. Madelynne earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with an Advanced Study in Robotics and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Robotics, from Carnegie Mellon University.
