Rahul Kant

Rahul Kant has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rahul is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition at HONO since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant- Head Talent Acquisition & Delivery at Changeleaders.in, where they were responsible for managing a team of HR associates and Account Managers. Rahul also held the position of HR and Strategy Head at Archer Solar Holdings Pvt Ltd.

Before that, Rahul worked as an HR Consultant at PayMax Consulting Pvt Ltd and as the Head HR at Aero Digital. Rahul also gained valuable experience at Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd., where they held several roles such as Plant HR - TA/ T&D/EE and Corporate Sales HR - Talent Acquisition/ Employee Engagement. Additionally, they served as the Manager Talent Acquisition at both Indiamart Intermesh Limited and Religare Technologies. Early in their career, Rahul worked as the AM Recruitments - North Region at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where they handled various responsibilities including manpower planning, bulk recruitment, and campus hiring. Throughout their career, Rahul has demonstrated a strong focus on talent acquisition and development.

Rahul Kant's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2019, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and completed a degree in Executive Talent Management.

From 2000 to 2003, they studied at the National Institute of Management and obtained a PGDBA/MBA degree.

In 2000 to 2001, they attended the Young Men's Christian Association and pursued a degree in Office Management and Supervision.

In 1997 to 1998, they completed their schooling in the Commerce stream at Kendriya Vidyalaya.

In addition to their educational background, Rahul Kant has also achieved some certifications. In 2008, they received the Exemplary award form Airtel for their work in the fastest recruitment (Bulk Hiring) and was recognized as the Best Performer of the Quarter twice. Rahul was also named the Best Employee of the Month three times. In 1996, they obtained the National Cadet Corp (NCC) -A certificate.
