Renee Minnis is the SVP, People at Honor. Renee has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, including leading the People Team functions at Minted and Gap, Inc.

Minnis is responsible for building an HRBP model across Minted, leading the transformation of the Minted Employment Brand; creating an empowering culture, compelling organizational & talent growth strategies and developing leaders that positively attract, retain and inspire top talent to achieve their best performance.

At Gap, Inc., Minnis was the most senior HR business leader, responsible for establishing long-term people strategies across Gap Inc.'s Corporate Functions. Renee drove HR initiatives, organization transformation and employee engagement all in support of business objectives.

Minnis has a proven track record in talent management, change management, and community development. Renee is proactive in organizational transition activities related to HR leadership shifts for the organization, including change plans and ongoing support.

Renee Minnis has a BA in Business & Sociology from Lewis & Clark College and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources & Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.

They work with Neel Mehta - SVP, Corporate & Business Development, Mike Price - SVP, Corporate Development, and Alan Talanoa - VP, Engineering. Their manager is Seth Sternberg, CEO & Co-Founder.
