Brady Caspar has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Brady began their career in 2008 as a Food Runner at Blue Ginger, followed by a Research Intern at Children's Hospital in the same year. In 2011, they were a Summer Research Intern at Draper Laboratory, as well as a Participant at the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. Brady then joined Microsoft in 2013 as an Associate Consultant and a Program Manager 2 for the Azure Customer Experience Team. In 2018, they became a Freelance Software Developer. In 2020, they took on the role of Lead Application Developer at I'm Making A Difference, and most recently, in 2021, they were appointed VP Engineering at hoo.be.
Brady Caspar attended Milton Academy from 2005 to 2009 and then went on to Brown University from 2009 to 2013, where they received a Sc. B in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Fluid Dynamics, Thermo Dynamics, and Applied Mathematics. Brady also obtained a Microsoft Specialist: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solution certification from Microsoft in April 2015 and is a SCRUM Master certified by the Scrum Alliance.
