Karen Otton

Karen Otton is an experienced professional who has been with Hood Group Ltd. for nearly two decades, currently serving as the Head of HR. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a HR Manager within the same company. With a strong background in HR strategy, recruitment, training, talent management, and health & safety, Karen has also held positions as a PA to top-level executives. Karen holds a Professional Certificate in Management from The Open University and a CIPD qualification from Malpas BPP.
