Elizabeth Harris

Elizabeth Harris is a seasoned leader in customer experience and integration strategies, currently serving as the Senior Director of GTM Integration & Operations at Hootsuite since June 2021. In this role, Elizabeth oversees the successful integration of Talkwalker into Hootsuite’s operations, collaborating with senior leadership to strategize product launches. Previously, Elizabeth held roles such as Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Experience at Hootsuite, where leadership involved enhancing customer experience and operational success. Elizabeth's experience includes a tenure at Manulife, where key contributions were made as Director of John Hancock Experience Strategy and Director of Human Centered Design, establishing significant digital solutions and strategies. With prior experience as Engagement Manager at Prophet and Junior Project Manager at Threeview, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and completed an exchange semester in International Business at Tsinghua University.
