Toon Borgers

Toon Borgers is a Senior Software Engineer at Hootsuite since January 2021, with prior experience as a Senior Software Developer at Sparkcentral from August 2018 to January 2021. Earlier roles include Software Developer at UBench International and Apprentice Technical Designer at Cegeka, where development of administrative applications in Java was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes developing Java software at Janssen, working as a B2C Consultant at Van Roey Automation NV, and completing an internship focused on developing KNIME nodes at Janssen Pharmaceutica. Toon Borgers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Sciences from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and previously studied Informatica at KU Leuven. A thesis was completed on analyzing flow cytometry data using KNIME workflows.
