Gant Redmon has a long and impressive career in the technology industry. Gant began their career at AXENT Technologies in 1997 as Corporate Counsel, where they developed and implemented a global strategy for registering and enforcing trademarks, copyrights, and patents. In 1999, they were recruited by the CEO of Authentica, Inc., a startup cybersecurity software company, as Director of Operations. Gant then moved on to Arbor Networks, Inc. in 2001 as Vice President and General Counsel, where they collaborated with the CEO to formulate and execute the business growth strategy, raise capital, and protect intellectual property. In 2012, they were recruited by IBM Resilient as Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel, where they transitioned the legal and technology business into IBM Corporate. In 2017, they were retained by IBM as Program Director, Cyber Security and Privacy, where they developed and managed the GDPR compliance program for IBM's Security business unit. In 2019, they became CEO of Cloud FastPath, where they architected and executed the turnaround management strategy that led the SaaS based cloud migration services company to its first year of profitability. Gant then served as Advisor for Allure Security in 2021, and as Interim Chief Revenue Officer for Language I/O in 2021. Gant Redmon currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Hopara, Inc. since 2022.

Gant Redmon attended St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School for their high school education. Gant then went on to the University of Virginia, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 1988. In 1989, they enrolled in Wake Forest University School of Law and obtained a JD degree in 1992.
