Joseph Harris

Joseph Harris currently serves as an Assistant Principal at Rowan County Schools since July 2016, while also holding positions as a Teacher Leader on Special Assignment with the Kentucky Department of Education and a Kentucky State Teacher Fellow with Hope Street Group. Joseph has a strong background in English education, having worked as the English Team Lead at Lawrence County High School since August 2011, where responsibilities include leading various educational committees and teaching English courses. Prior experience includes positions as an English Teacher at Greenup County High School and a WIA Coordinator at Sheldon Clark High School. Joseph holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Morehead State University, alongside multiple degrees in educational fields, including a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education.
