Richard M. Noack

Richard M. Noack is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with a career spanning several decades, currently serving as a shareholder at Hopkins & Carley since December 2001. With a focus on solving labor-management relations and employment law issues for both private sector and government employers, Richard's clientele includes various sectors such as healthcare, technology, education, and religious entities. Previously, Richard was a shareholder and practice group chair at Littler Mendelson from August 1986 to December 2001, where responsibility included establishing and leading the Public Employer Practice Group. Richard holds a J.D. with an emphasis in labor and employment law from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.S. in History and Social Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
