Scott Ota - Elias

Scott Ota - Elias has extensive experience in restaurant operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager at Hops n Drops since March 2022. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Director of Training and Development at Sushi Den / Izakaya Den in Denver, where Scott was instrumental in increasing net sales from $9.8 million in 2018 to $12 million. With a background in various positions at Walnut Brewery and CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Scott has developed successful training programs, local marketing strategies, and managed private events. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 1991.
