Victor Verdy

Victor Verdy has a diverse work experience in project and program management roles. Victor started their career as a Project Coordinator at PT Surya Mulia International, where they managed software development projects and reported directly to the CIO & COO. Victor then joined PT. Mitra Integrasi Informatika as a Project Management Administrator before being promoted to Project Manager. In these roles, they actively managed projects, ensured timely and budgeted delivery, and maintained communication with stakeholders.

Victor later joined PT. Mandala Multifinance Tbk as a Corporate PMO Head, responsible for managing key initiatives and establishing project management practices within the company. Victor then moved to Mitra Integrasi Informatika, where they continued as a Project Manager, handling project handovers, communication, and deliverables.

Victor'smost recent role is at Horangi Cyber Security, where they serve as a Technical Program Manager and a Service Delivery Manager. As a program manager, they facilitated delivery and managed resources for a major client. In their current role as a service delivery manager, they handle multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations, resource management, and stakeholder management adhering to project management best practices.

Victor Verdy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information System from BINUS University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Victor later pursued a Master's degree in Management of Information System from the same university, completing it from 2011 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Victor obtained the CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA in May 2014. Victor also obtained the ITIL Foundation (syllabus 2011) certification in December 2015. More recently, in January 2021, they acquired the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate and the Scrum Master Professional Certificate - SMPC® from CertiProf.
