Danilo Mombrini

Danilo Mombrini has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Danilo is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Horizen Labs since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Abstract from June 2020 to September 2022, where they held the role of Solution Architect and SCRUM Master.

Before joining Abstract, Mombrini worked at QINTESI S.p.A. from March 2019 to June 2020 as a Solution Architect. Danilo also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at the same company from January 2017 to March 2019.

Mombrini's earlier work experience includes roles such as Software Engineer at Buongiorno from November 2012 to May 2016, Application Analyst at Carrefour Italia from June 2016 to December 2016, and Analyst Programmer at ALTEN from November 2008 to November 2012.

Danilo began their career at Accenture Technology Solutions in December 2005 as a Programmer and later served as a Senior Programmer from January 2007 to November 2008. At Accenture, their responsibilities included developing applications for nationwide retailers such as SMA/Auchan and Coop Italia.

Throughout their career, Mombrini has gained expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and database management systems, including Java, PL-SQL, Oracle, and Struts. Danilo has also been involved in solution architecture, software development, and SCRUM methodologies.

Danilo Mombrini earned an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in September 2022 and Professional SCRUM Master PSM I from Scrum.org in May 2020.
