James Parpart

James Parpart has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. James began their career in 1992 at Wells Fargo, where they worked as a Branch Manager for 14 years. In 2006, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Branch Manager, and during their tenure, they successfully managed branch operations. In 2011, they joined Horizon Bank as the VP Retail District Manager for Northeast Indiana, overseeing multiple branches. More recently, in 2023, they were promoted to the position of VP Retail Operations Director at Horizon Bank, where they currently serve. Throughout their career, Parpart has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail banking operations.

From 1988 to 1991, James Parpart attended Indiana University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching.
