Jade Leung

Jade Leung is the current GM of People & Performance at Horizon Energy Group Limited. Jade has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering, organizational change, and workforce planning.

Jade started their career as a Consultant, working with IAG and Vector Group on various projects involving business transformation, change management, and policy transformation. In 2017, they took on the role of Head of Human Resources Business Partnering at Auckland Council. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 32 during a period of uncertainty and restructuring.

Jade is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results. Jade is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of employees and helping organizations to thrive.
