Joe Rivas

Joe Rivas has extensive experience in human resources, having held several executive positions throughout their career. Joe most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at FST Technical Services since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Walker Engineering Inc. from October 2016 to October 2021. At Walker Engineering, they directed all human resources functions for the electrical construction company. Before that, Joe worked at M+W Group as a Vice President, overseeing human resources and administration for a North American holding company with multiple subsidiaries. In this role, they managed a large team and was responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and policy development.

Joe Rivas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, from 1982 to 1987.
