Kurt Ringo

Kurt Ringo has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Kurt started their career at Mercer in 1996 as an Associate in Group Health Benefits, where they worked until 2004. Kurt then joined Excellus BCBS in 2005, initially as a Manager in Actuarial Services, and later held roles as Director of Employer Group Reporting and Director of Finance Transformation. In 2012, they became the Director of Analytics at Excellus BCBS, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Kurt served as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Kurt then took on the role of Chief Actuary until 2020, when they joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as the Director of Transform Analytics.

Kurt Ringo attended the State University of New York at Fredonia from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
