Robyn Lepani

Robyn Lepani, MBA, has a diverse work experience primarily focused on the healthcare industry. Robyn has been with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since 1992 and currently holds the position of Director of Operations since October 2020. Previously, they served as an Operations Manager for nine years, a Business Systems Analyst for twelve years, and began their career at the company as a Customer Service Representative. Before joining the company, Robyn worked as an Administrative Assistant for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from 1992 to 1994.

Robyn Lepani, MBA, pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1991, they enrolled at the University at Albany, SUNY, where they studied Political Science and Government. Robyn successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1995.

After a substantial gap, Robyn decided to further enhance their educational qualifications. In 2021, they enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Robyn is expected to complete their degree by 2023.
