Karmen Yahn

Karmen Yahn is an experienced registered nurse currently serving as a Hospice Case Manager at Horizon Home Health and Hospice since August 2016. Prior to this role, Karmen held positions as Director of Nursing at Streamside Assisted Living and as a registered nurse at Kindred Healthcare. Karmen's nursing career began at the Cancer Center of Idaho and includes extensive experience in administrative support from roles at the Idaho Transportation Department and the University of Montana. Karmen's education includes an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Carrington College-Boise and a licensed practical nurse degree from the same institution, complemented by studies at Boise State University. Karmen also served in the United States Air Force as a Supply Management Journeyman from July 1998 to February 2002.
