Katherine Barnes

Katherine Barnes, GISP, has extensive experience in the field of geography and cartography. Since 1985, Katherine has been a member of the leadership team at Horizons International, contributing to event scheduling and web page management. Additionally, Katherine has been employed at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation since October 1978, serving as a cartographic technician 3, focusing on cartography and data development using ESRI products, specifically ArcGIS versions 9.3 and 10. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Syracuse University.
