Lorena Dame

Lorena Dame is currently the Director of Operations and Associate Producer at Horizons. Lorena has over ten years of experience in event planning and production, with a focus on employee engagement and event activations. Lorena has a proven track record of successfully executing conference production, marketing, and operations. Lorena is highly skilled in developing and producing creative content strategy for social media, and is an expert in clear communication between team members, guests, and outside organizations/consultants. Prior to their current role, Lorena served as the Marketing & Events Coordinator at Brooklyn Boulders, and as a Crew Member / Artist Assistant at Trader Joe's.

Lorena Dame's educational career includes a B.A. in Global Studies with a concentration in Community Development through Arts from Global College of Long Island University and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Cape Cod Community College.
