Lindsey DeBoer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lindsey started their career in 2009 as an Orientation Leader at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Lindsey also worked as a Husker Tour Guide and an Event Management Intern during their time at the university. In 2012, they joined Burns & McDonnell as an Education & Training team member in the Human Resources department. Following that, they moved on to Black & Veatch in 2014, where they held the role of Sr. Human Resources Analyst, specializing in Construction & Procurement. Lindsey managed various development programs, including the EDGE Program and Construction & Procurement's Intern Program, while also handling HR generalist responsibilities. Currently, Lindsey is the Human Resources Director at Horizontal Boring & Tunneling Co. Their roles include overseeing the HR function and ensuring smooth operations.
Lindsey DeBoer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2007 and 2011.
