Yodit Dubale

Yodit Dubale started their career at Harrods in 2009, where they initially worked as a Sales Associate for approximately four years. Yodit then transitioned to the role of Merchandise Data Administrator for a year. Following that, they became an EDI Analyst, responsible for managing and overseeing all EDI onboarding projects, serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, and troubleshooting transactional errors. During their time at Harrods, Yodit achieved significant accomplishments, including redesigning the EDI implementation program, delivering training programs, and developing implementation guides and user manuals. In 2018, Yodit joined Hornbill as a Product Specialist. Their responsibilities include successfully completing multiple onboarding projects, translating complex customer requirements, designing business processes and scalable solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing test scripts and documentation. Yodit has been recognized for their outstanding performance, being awarded Employee of the Quarter in 2019 and Employee of the Year in 2020.

Yodit Dubale attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Philosophy.
