David Gou

David Gou currently serves as the Cardiology Clinic Coordinator at Dr. Curnew Cardiology Clinic, overseeing volunteer training and scheduling. Concurrently holding positions as a Research Assistant at the McMaster Health Forum and McMaster University, David appraises scientific literature and extracts data for health research. Proficient in finance and event logistics, David occupies leadership roles as the Director of Finance and Author at The Meducator, as well as VP Finance for McMaster Smiling Over Sickness, and VP Admin and Finance for ALPHA Education. Actively engaged in student organizations, David has contributed significantly to the McMaster Bachelor of Health Sciences Society, McMaster Medicine and Health Society, and HOSA Canada, while also co-leading SCINAPSE USCC and advancing research initiatives. David is pursuing a Bachelor of Health Sciences at McMaster University, with an expected graduation in 2026.
