Kacey Gibson

Kacey Gibson has held multiple roles in the professional world since 2015. Kacey began their career as Co-Owner and Program Director at The Performance Pursuit, where they developed mental skills of leaders and teams of professionals by coaching on one-on-one basis through evidence-based practice. Kacey also created blogs and videos, developed and edited content for corporate sites/social media, and managed clients. In 2015, they joined Magellan Federal as Performance Expert Regional Advisor and Master Resilience Trainer- Performance Expert. In this role, they developed and directed workshops/courses for small and large groups, mentored all levels of leadership on topics of establishing constructive feedback cultures, cohesion/trust building, effective communication, and individual goals. In 2021, Gibson took on the role of Adjunct Professor at Holy Names University. Most recently, they were appointed Director of Coach Development and Programming at hOS Inc.

Kacey Gibson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Pre-Med from PennWest Edinboro between 2011 and 2012. Kacey then attended Florida State University between 2008 and 2011, studying Biology. In 2013, they obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Sport and Health Psychology from Adler University. In 2017, they were certified as a Mental Performance Consultant by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
