Brendan Collins

Brendan Collins has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in both investment advisory and franchise development. Brendan currently holds the position of Vice President at HREC Investment Advisors, where they manage a team and is responsible for analyzing and disposing of hotel assets. Prior to this role, Brendan worked as a Senior Associate at the same company, where they analyzed and valued numerous lodging properties, resulting in successful asset disposition. Brendan also had a role as an Associate at HREC Investment Advisors. Before joining HREC, Brendan held a position in franchise development at Choice Hotels International.

Brendan Collins completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a double major in Hospitality Business and Economics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2013 to 2017. Before that, they attended Xaverian Brothers High School from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Brendan Collins obtained a certification in Real Estate (REIT) Modeling from Wall Street Prep. Brendan also earned a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson License in June 2016 and became ARGUS Software Certified in April 2017.
