Brad Pollard is an experienced culinary professional with a demonstrated history of working as a Sous Chef across several prominent restaurants, including Hospitality Restaurants and Lockkeepers Restaurant. Beginning the culinary career in 2008 as Kitchen Manager at Don's Pomeroy House, Brad advanced through various roles including Executive Chef at Stonebrook Clubhouse and Coordinator at Maggiano's Little Italy. With a strong foundation from Brunswick High School, where Brad earned a diploma in 2010, the expertise encompasses kitchen management, food preparation, and team supervision in fast-paced environments.
