Biswa Ranjan Mishra

Biswa Ranjan Mishra has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant for Best Western Resort Country Club and Ripplesoft in 2005. Biswa Ranjan later co-founded AB Global Executive Search Firm in 2006, specializing in executive searches. In the same year, they also joined The Young Leaders Foundation as a Storyteller, where they worked on a leadership program for young professionals.

In 2010, Biswa became the Managing Director of Go Green Consulting Pvt. Ltd, providing strategic, technical, and financial services in emission markets. From 2015 to 2015, they served as the Co-founder and Director HR of OFB Tech Private Ltd (OfBusiness.com).

In 2018, Biswa took on the role of Advisor & Worker in the HiTech Kalyan Plaza Annex Housing Project, actively involved in reviving a struggling housing project. Biswa Ranjan also became an Executive Body Member of FOAA (Federation Of Apartment Owners Association) in 2019, working towards transparency in the real estate sector in Odisha.

In 2021, Biswa joined BABM (Bhubaneswar Anchalika Bikash Manch) as Joint Secretary (Legal), focusing on the infrastructural development and educating homebuyers about their legal rights. From 2022, they started working as the Director HR & Chief Happiness Officer at HostBooks Limited, leading human resources, people operations, litigation management, and hiring strategy.

Currently, Biswa is the Founding Partner of AB GLOBAL PROFIT Consulting, a role they took on in 2023.

Biswa Ranjan Mishra has a diverse education history. Biswa Ranjan started by completing their Matriculation from Jajpur Zilla School in the field of Mathematics, Science, and Geography. Biswa Ranjan then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Utkal University, focusing on Science and Commerce. Later, they earned a Master of Rural Development from Vani Vihar, Utkal University. Furthermore, they completed an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, specializing in Economics, Organisational Behaviour, and Strategy Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Professional Coaching from the Wainwright Global Institute of Professional Coaching, specializing in Professional Coaching.
